We are pleased to announce that our 2023 CSK South Florida Offices’ Food Drive, in support of our partnership with Feeding South Florida, collected enough food and cash donations to provide over 20,000 meals this holiday season!
This year, as in years past, the CSK family took time from celebrating the holidays with friends, family and loved ones to remember those less fortunate to help them enjoy the holidays as well. CSK has partnered with Feeding South Florida for over a decade and is well on its way of reaching its goal of providing over 1 million meals.
Feeding South Florida is a nonprofit organization that empowers other nonprofit organizations to assist people in need and to improve their lives. They do this by providing food and other grocery products and by educating and engaging our community to fight hunger and poverty.
They distribute approximately 1.5 million pounds of food per month to hundreds of social service organizations, providing food to abused children, battered women, the homeless, the working poor, the disabled and the elderly. 98% of all donations are put directly back into the communities across Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. 25% of the State’s food insecure population here in South Florida.
