Petitioner unit owner claimed that the Respondent condominium association improperly denied his request to replace hurricane impact sliders enclosing a balcony with hurricane shutters. The Arbitrator found the Respondent condominium association acted properly and reasonably in denying the request and denied the Petitioner all relief requested.
