Miami Partner Richard Adams and Jacksonville Associate Jackson Campbell received a favorable verdict in Duval County with an Admitted Liability case that resulted in the Plaintiff undergoing multiple medical procedures, totaling $600,000. Mr. Adams and Mr. Campbell focused on the low impact nature of the accident and the Plaintiff's prior medical history. In closing, Plaintiffs' Counsel asked the jury for nearly $4.5 million.
