Tampa Partner, Liz Lanier, and Tampa Associate, Ashleigh Dyer, successfully defended a veterinarian client in front of the Florida Board of Veterinary Medicine which arose from a consumer complaint. Liz and Ashleigh worked with the client to formulate a detailed response, complete with veterinary medicine journal articles and textbook citations, for the Board’s consideration. After careful examination of all evidence by the Board, the case was closed.
