Orlando Associate, Alexandria Vasquez, has achieved two recent summary judgments on separate cases for the same nation-wide hotel chain.
The first involved a bed bug incident wherein the judge found there was no record evidence of prior notice of bed bugs in Plaintiffs’ room or on the entire floor.
The second summary judgment involved Plaintiff’s allegations that she slipped and fell on water near an outdoor fountain. After hearing arguments, the judge found, again, no record evidence that the resort had actual or constructive knowledge of any dangerous conditions on the premises.
