Miami Partner Hugo Alvarez recently prevailed on a motion for summary judgment on behalf of his property manager client. Plaintiff filed suit against the property owner, condominium association, and property manager for alleged injuries sustained inside the owner’s property.
Hugo argued the property manager neither owned the property nor controlled the alleged dangerous condition. The Court agreed, entering final summary judgment in favor of our client, the property manager.
