The Plaintiff was a patron at a condominium complex in Cocoa Beach, Florida. While travelling to the pier, Plaintiff fell on a sidewalk curb after walking through a gate provided by the condominium complex. The court found no liability on the part of the condominium complex and granted summary judgment.
