Tampa Partner Anna Urie and West Palm Beach Partner Jessica DeBono Anderson successfully obtained dismissal of a 12-Count Amended Complaint in the Fort Myers Division of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The complaint alleged various employment law and negligence claims.
The Court agreed with Ms. Urie and Ms. Anderson’s numerous arguments demonstrating why the Plaintiff failed to allege sufficient facts to support any of the twelve causes of action, despite the Plaintiff’s 40-pages of allegations.
