Overview

CSK manages business and commercial transactions and litigation for individuals and business entities. We have effectively represented clients in a variety of disputes and lawsuits involving: breach of contract, real estate disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, business torts (including fraud, misrepresentation, civil theft, breach of fiduciary duty and tortious interference), liability defense, and malpractice.

CSK recognizes that business disputes can be complex and costly to litigate. We strive to explore settlements and end costly litigation battles whenever reasonable and possible.

CSK’s transactional group also represents clients in business and commercial transactions, involving business formation (pre-incorporation agreements, organizational documents, member and shareholder agreements, etc.), purchases and sales of businesses (stock and asset based) across various industries (manufacturing, retail, online businesses, medical practices, law practices, etc.), purchase and sale of commercial assets and equipment, various kinds of real estate transactions (including financing, sales, acquisitions), private placements and other private securities law matters, trade regulation matters, administrative proceedings, and other state and federal regulatory and licensing matters.
