Overview

Recognizing that a strong management base is critical to the survival of a business, CSK is committed to providing only the highest quality legal services in defense of its clients. With this goal in mind, our Corporate Litigation Group frequently represents corporate officers and directors in matters arising from alleged violations of fiduciary duties and state and  federal securities laws.  Additionally, our attorneys advise clients with regard to officer and director indemnification and advancement arrangements as well as liability insurance coverage. 

The CSK transactional group also prepares agreements between and among directors, officers, and the various entities with which they are affiliated, including employment agreements, special bonus compensation agreements, and related corporate contracts.
