CSK’s attorneys are experienced in the representation of both franchisors and franchisees, including particular experience with the Federal Trade Commission’s Franchise Rule. In that capacity, CSK attorneys counsel franchisors in preparing the required Franchise Disclosure Document and the Franchise Agreement and related documents required by the FTC Franchise Rule as well as reviewing and negotiating franchise documents on behalf of franchisee clients. The firm’s experience here includes a wide variety of industries. As a part of its franchise related work, the firm also counsels distributors of products and services with respect to applicable Florida law and provides advice to clients on whether such distribution arrangements do (or do not) fall within the coverage of the FTC Franchise Rule.
