The General Counsel Services Practice Group at CSK provides outside general counsel services to businesses without in-house counsel and offers additional legal support for businesses with understaffed legal departments. CSK attorneys understand their clients’ business and handle a wide range of legal and compliance matters relating to operational risk management, employment and human resources, corporate compliance and governance, contract drafting, privacy and data security, and legal/regulatory research and analysis.
CSK attorneys have previous experience as corporate general counsel and senior legal counsel so we understand the unique demands facing in-house legal departments. CSK attorneys also have the business acumen to assist business executives without in-house counsel resources to make sound business decisions while mitigating risk.
