Overview

CSK works on behalf of insurance carriers and self-insured companies to evaluate case exposure and settlement values involving injuries sustained by their employees and agents. CSK  also defends employers and carriers with disputed claims both in administrative proceedings and the appellate courts, if litigation ensues. Workers’ compensation requires a high degree of familiarity with the law, in addition to timely and effective communication, both of which are well evident in  CSK’s experience in this area of practice.
