Abbie Fell

Abbie Fell is an Associate at the firm's Miami office, specializing in product liability and toxic tort defense. She has been part of the CSK family for six years, beginning her journey as a legal assistant. While in law school, she continued her role at CSK as a law clerk during the summers as well as throughout the Fall and Spring semesters. Abbie has recently returned to CSK as an attorney, bringing a unique perspective gained from her experience as an assistant, law clerk, and now attorney.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Abbie completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa and graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law. During law school, Abbie earned distinction in her litigation skills classes which reassured her desire to focus on toxic tort litigation.
