Abril Smith Caeiro is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale East and West offices. Her practice focuses primarily on Commercial Litigation, including claims against businesses, contractual disputes, employment disputes and discrimination charges, and personal injury defense actions.
During her undergraduate studies, Abril earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from Florida International University graduating magna cum laude as a member of the Honors College. She then went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law. While in law school, Abril interned at a Fortune 200 company and contributed over 300 hours of clinical and Pro-bono work, providing vital assistance to individuals navigating immigration proceedings.
