Overview
Alfredo is an Associate Attorney in CSK's Miami office, focusing on general civil litigation, personal injury, premises liability, and trucking accident defense. With experience in handling complex civil disputes, Alfredo provides effective legal representation to clients in a variety of practice areas.
Alfredo earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science from St. Thomas University and his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law. During law school, he served as a Research Assistant, contributing to scholarly work on constitutional law topics, particularly State Police Powers. Alfredo also served as Executive Editor of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review, overseeing the publication of the 2023-24 edition of their academic journal, and as President of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.
An accomplished competitor, Alfredo actively participated in multiple prestigious legal competitions during law school. As a member of St. Thomas University's Negotiations Team, he competed in South Florida's first ever branding and intellectual property negotiations competition, hosted by the University of Miami. Alfredo was also a key member of St. Thomas' International Moot Court Team, where he represented the school on several occasions in both written and oral advocacy. He competed in the Richard DeWitt Memorial Vis Pre-Moot Competition in Miami, Florida, and in the 30th annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna, Austria, a premier international arbitration competition that draws top law schools from around the world.
Additionally, during his time at St. Thomas University, Alfredo earned a Certificate in International Commercial Arbitration from American University College of Law in Washington, D.C., further refining his expertise in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution.
Outside of his legal career, Alfredo is committed to giving back to the community through volunteer work with organizations like Its4theKids and the SPCA South Florida Chapter.
