Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Andrew brings a deep understanding of the community to his legal practice. A proud Cuban-American, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Miami, before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of North Carolina School of Law. In addition to the legal knowledge related to artificial intelligence and intellectual property, cultivated during his studies in law school, Andrew's current legal focus lies in civil litigation and construction claims, adeptly representing developers, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, and construction consultants. Andrew's practice includes defect litigation, mechanics liens, contract drafting, and real estate transactions.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Andrew ensures effective communication with a diverse clientele.
