Andrew Garcia is an associate in the firm's Orlando Office. He primarily focuses his practice in the areas of complex commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis in community association law and construction litigation, including defense of construction defect and contract claims on behalf of architects, engineers, developers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Andrew attended Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated with his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Andrew later earned his law degree from Barry University School of Law. While in law school, Andrew served as the Business Editor for the Environmental and Earth Law Journal and was an active member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane as an associate attorney, Andrew participated in the firm's summer associate program in the general liability and premises liability departments.
