Overview
Barbara Ballard Woodcock is a partner in the firm’s Bonita Springs Office. Her practice focuses on Condominium and Homeowners’ Association law, First Party Property, Personal Injury, Vehicle Negligence, Premises Liability, Professional Negligence, Construction Defect, and Employment Law.
Ms. Woodcock is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and in federal court in the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Woodcock received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Miami with major in English Literature and minors in French Literature and Sport Administration. During university, Ms. Woodcock also studied at Oxford University. Ms. Woodcock received her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Ms. Woodcock worked at a general practice focusing on condominium and homeowners’ association law and civil litigation.
Ms. Woodcock currently serves as Co-Chair of the Young Professional Strides Committee for Naples Therapeutic Riding Center and on the Leadership Collier Foundation’s Youth Leadership and Matching Needs Committees.
Ms. Woodcock has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® since 2024.
