Overview
Benjamin G. Partlow is a Partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office, with a focus on a variety of civil litigation matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, insurance coverage, third party actions, contracts, negligent security, wrongful death, and dram shop liability.
Born and raised in Illinois, Mr. Partlow went to the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana before graduating and moving to Florida for law school at Nova Southeastern University. While at law school, Mr. Partlow served on Law Review and graduated magna cum laude.
Mr. Partlow holds an "AV Preeminent" rating in both Legal Ability & Ethical Standards from Martindale-Hubbell for the highest level of professional excellence, which is a Peer Review Rating held only by approximately 10% of all attorneys nationwide. He is licensed to practice in all trial courts within the State of Florida.
