Bernadette M. Gomez is an Associate in the firm's Miami office, practicing primarily in the areas of intellectual property, business/commercial law, commercial litigation, and employment and labor.
Ms. Gomez received a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, and a Minor in Spanish, from the University of Florida. Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Gomez attended the University of Miami School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate. Ms. Gomez served as President of the Dean's Cup Organization, and was also a member of University of Miami's Cuban American Bar Association.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Ms. Gomez practiced in the areas of commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
