Carliette Sierralta is an Associate at the firm's Fort Lauderdale West Office, where she focuses primarily on first-party property insurance defense claims.
Ms. Sierralta graduated with honors (cum laude) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law earning a J.D. Prior to law school she attended and graduated from the University of South Florida earning a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations.
In law school, Ms. Sierralta earned Dean's List honors and was a Junior Associate on the Nova Law Review, where she published a case comment addressing a current circuit split. The summer after her first year of law school, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Robert F. Diaz of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida. During the majority of law school, Ms. Sierralta worked as a law clerk for Greenspoon Marder LLP, where she focused primarily on foreclosure services for lending and mortgage servicer clients.
Ms. Sierralta is fluent in Spanish.
