Carly Weiss

Carly M. Weiss is an associate in the firm's Miami office. She primarily focuses her practice in the area of Appeals but practices in all phases of civil litigation.

Carly graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida, with double minors in Public Leadership and Mass Communications. She then received her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law, where she worked on the Emory Law Journal as a Notes and Comments Editor and made Dean's List. While attending law school, Carly was also a member of the Emory Law Supreme Court Advocacy Program, where she worked with a team to research, draft, and file an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court.
