Chelsea Pietrzak

Chelsea Pietrzak is an associate attorney in the firm’s Ft. Lauderdale East office and practices in the areas of first party property, insurance defense, and premises liability.

Chelsea received her Bachelor of Science from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2016. In 2020, she received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law, receiving a certificate of distinction for pro bono service. During her law school career, Chelsea worked under Dr. Stanley Fish as a research assistant where she focused on the First Amendment and Free Speech. Prior to joining Cole Scott & Kissane, Chelsea worked in First Party Property where she honed in on her skills while representing major insurance carriers in a wide range of cases.
