Chris Ortiz graduated magna cum laude from Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, ranking in the top 15 of his class. During law school, he served as Managing Editor of the Law Review and held leadership roles on the Executive Board of both the Student Bar Association and the Student Women’ s Lawyer Association. He also revived the Federal Bar Association Student Chapter at Barry Law, serving as its President and fostering new opportunities for student engagement in federal practice.
In addition to his leadership roles, Chris was a Research Assistant focusing on healthcare consolidation, gaining valuable experience in legal research and analysis. Outside of academics, Chris volunteers his time with a non-profit organization that provides necessities to Central and South American countries. His academic achievements, dedication to service, and commitment to advocacy have laid a strong foundation for a promising legal career.
