Overview

Daniel J. Klein is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Klein is also an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Law School, where he teaches the Pre-Trial/Litigation Skills & Trial Skills courses.

His practice encompasses many different and diverse areas of the law, including: commercial litigation, condominium & community association, nursing home/assisted living facility defense, employment & labor, premises liability, professional malpractice, commercial banking and financial litigation, construction defects, commercial and residential properties, vehicle negligence, SIU investigations, trucking, security negligence, complex transaction disputes, personal injury and defense of professional liability claims, and class action litigation.

Mr. Klein received his Bachelor of Arts, in Communication Studies/Journalism, from the University of Maryland located in College Park. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Klein served as a law clerk in the chambers of Judge Marc Schumacher in the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
