Daniel E. Stettin is an associate in the firm's Miami office. His primary focus is in first-party property insurance defense. Mr. Stettin attended George Washington University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Minor in Political Science. During his time at GW, Mr. Stettin served as an intern on Capitol Hill in the House of Representatives for Representatives Debbie Wasserman Schultz (FL-23) and Lois Frankel (FL-21). Mr. Stettin received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Stettin participated in the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court competition as well as the school's Litigation Skills program, gaining essential litigation experience. Mr. Stettin is licensed to practice in the state of Florida.
