Overview
David Bradley is a partner in the firm's West Palm Beach office and practices in the areas of malpractice, insurance defense, first-party claims and coverage, security negligence, premises and property liability, automobile and trucking.
Mr. Bradley earned his B.A. (1982) and M.A. (1984) at Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania and a Juris Doctor (1989) at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio.
Mr. Bradley is admitted to practice in all Courts within the State of Florida.
He is a member of The Florida Bar, Ohio State Bar Association, Cuyahoga County Bar Association, Trustee, Past Chair of the Attorney-Client Relations Committee, Articles Editor of Law and Fact Bar Journal. Bar Association delegate to the Judicial Conference, Past Member of the Common Pleas Court Committee.
Mr. Bradley is the recipient of the Ohio State Bar Association's Outstanding Community Service Award for District Twelve, AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory, Past Member and Vice President of Holy Rosary Parish Council, Chair of the Cuyahoga County Bar Association's Holiday Hunger Drive.
