Francesca "Frankie" I. Shultz is an Associate at the firm's Orlando office where she primarily focuses her practice on bodily injury and wrongful death claims including, premises liability, negligent security, and nursing home negligence litigation.
Frankie was born and raised in Saint Cloud, Florida, where she graduated Valedictorian from St. Cloud High School. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Honors College at Boise State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Frankie then accepted a Dean's Merit Scholarship from the University of Miami School of Law and received her Juris Doctorate degree. During her time at Miami Law, Frankie strengthened her trial and advocacy skills as a public defender (CLI) for Ada County where she gained significant felony trial experience. She also participated in Miami Law's Litigation Skills Program, and achieved the Director's Book Award for her excellence in trial advocacy.
