Frank Samitier is an associate in the Firm’s Miami Office. His practice focuses on First Party Property litigation.
Mr. Samitier graduated Cum Laude from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Judge Chris McAliley in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Samitier also served as Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the St. Thomas Law Review.
Before joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Mr. Samitier represented clients in commercial litigation disputes. Mr. Samitier is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
