Overview
Gabriella LoGiudice is an Associate in the firm's Tampa office, where she practices on the general liability team. Her work focuses on general civil litigation, including cases involving catastrophic and personal injury, premises liability, vehicle negligence, and products liability.
Originally from Rochester, NY, Ms. LoGiudice earned her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Psychology and Criminology from St. John Fisher University. She later moved to Tampa, FL, where she graduated cum laude from Cooley Law School, ranking in the top 20% of her class. She received highest-grade honors in Contracts, Advocacy, Criminal Procedure, Scholarly Writing, and National Team – Moot Court.
During law school, Ms. LoGiudice served as Executive Articles Editor for the Cooley Law Review and Parliamentarian of the Student Bar Association. She competed in several national appellate advocacy competitions, earning a Best Brief award, and served as a Dean’s Fellow, assisting fellow students in achieving academic success.
Prior to joining the firm, she gained valuable experience as a Paralegal at a Tampa personal injury firm and later completed a compliance internship in the human resources department of a major local hospital. These roles provided her with a well-rounded foundation for the litigation matters she now handles. Ms. LoGiudice joined Cole, Scott & Kissane as a Law Clerk before transitioning to her current role as an Associate.
Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her Yorkie, Mila, attending concerts, and exploring outdoor events around Florida.
