Haonian "Tony" Wang is an associate attorney at the firm's Orlando office, focusing on business law and commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on property management and contract-related disputes.
Tony earned his undergraduate degree from New York University, where he majored in Economics and Mathematics and minored in Business Studies. He then attended Penn State Law on a full scholarship, obtaining his J.D. with a certified concentration in Public Interest, Commercial Law, and Corporate Law and Practice.
During law school, Tony participated in mock trial competitions and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA). He also worked as a clinical student and Research Assistant for the Penn State Intellectual Property Clinic, where he assisted indigent writers, artists, creators, and inventors from the greater Pennsylvania area with trademark, copyright, and patent issues, including matters before the USPTO. He also helped clients draft service and license agreements.
Tony further developed his legal skills working as a legal intern with the New York State Attorney General's Office Litigation Bureau, conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, and appearing for hearings before the Honorable Charles Troia in the Richmond County Supreme Court.
Tony is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
