Horacio N. Garcia

Horacio Garcia was born and raised in Miami, Florida. After graduating from Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, Mr. Garcia continued his academic pursuits at the University of Alabama. There he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, graduating with cum laude honors.

Eager to delve deeper into the realm of legal practice, Mr. Garcia began his legal education at the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. During his time there, he immersed himself in the school's Human Rights Clinic, with the experience fueling his commitment to upholding the rights of individuals and communities.

Throughout his law school journey, Horacio gained invaluable experience working at first-party insurance firms, where he honed his skills in client representation and negotiation. His dedication and strategic approach consistently resulted in favorable outcomes for his clients.

Now, as a proud member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Garcia focuses his practice on first-party property insurance disputes.
