Jacqueline Moyer is an associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. Ms. Moyer focuses her practice on Insurance Defense Litigation.
Prior to joining Cole Scott & Kissane, Ms. Moyer was an Assistant District Attorney in Monroe County, Rochester, New York. During her time there, Ms. Moyer was a member of the Local Courts, Domestic Violence and General Felony Bureaus. Ms. Moyer has substanial experience in litigation trying both bench and jury trial cases.
Ms. Moyer attended St. John Fisher University, where she recieved her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, in Criminology and American Studies in 2017. Ms. Moyer was the recipient of the Award for Excellence in Criminology and Criminal Justice for her superior efforts in the classroom in 2017.Thereafter, Ms. Moyer earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2020.
In her final year of law school, Ms. Moyer was a member of the Civil Law Clinic.
