Overview
Jeff Partlow is a partner in the firm’s Orlando office. Jeff litigates and manages risk in complex commercial, professional malpractice, directors and officers, errors and omissions and community association cases in state and federal courts throughout Florida.
Jeff graduated summa cum laude from The Ohio State University where he obtained a B.S.B.A. with a double major in finance and real estate. He then graduated summa cum laude from Capital University Law School where he was the Valedictorian. Jeff was a member of the school’s Law Review, earned numerous book awards, and received pro bono honors. He also served as a legal intern at the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, Jeff worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas B. Smith in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and for the Honorable Norah McCann King in the Southern District of Ohio.
Jeff has been recognized by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America since 2024.
