Jennifer L. Hart is a Partner in the Jacksonville Office. She practices in Bad Faith and Extra-contractual Liability, Vehicle Negligence, Premises Liability/Security Negligence, Insurance Coverage and Carrier Representation, General Civil Litigation, Catastrophic and Personal Injury, Legal Malpractice and Federal Practice . Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Hart clerked for the Honorable Judge Durwood Conque of the Fifteenth Judicial District Court of Louisiana. She also practiced at a defense firm in Louisiana, handling mainly personal injury, construction defect and oilfield contamination cases.
Ms. Hart obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Ms. Hart obtained her Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law in 2008 from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center. While at LSU law, Ms. Hart was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Team and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Ms. Hart was the recipient of the CALI award for several classes and completed the National Institute for Trial Advocacy Program.
