Jessica Leabu is a passionate attorney whose goal is to ensure that her clients' interests are protected in and out of the courtroom.

Ms. Leabu has experience in catastrophic and personal injury cases involving automobile accidents, trucking accidents, slip and falls, uninsured/underinsured motorist claims, premises liability, and more. She has also worked as a family law attorney, having handled high net-worth divorces involving complex business valuations and child custody disputes involving professional athletes, doctors, and lawyers.

Ms. Leabu was born and raised in Florida, between Tampa and Orlando. She attended the Florida State University, where she graduated cum laude with her Bachelor of Science in Family and Child Sciences, minors in Psychology and Education. While in the state capitol, Ms. Leabu worked with local businesses, corporate executives, and legislators to enact necessary changes to Florida's child welfare system and to inspire young adults in the foster care community to advocate for themselves. She was also a graphic designer, teacher, and an Au Pair in Northern Italy before she pursued her legal career.

Ms. Leabu graduated with honors from the Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Leabu was on the Stetson Law Review, a member of the Honors Program, and a Federal Judicial Extern for the Honorable Charlene Edwards Honeywell in the Middle District of Florida. Ms. Leabu was also an executive member of multiple student organizations and won numerous awards for her pro bono service as a Guardian ad Litem.

Ms. Leabu speaks English and Italian.
