John Liptak III

John is an Associate Attorney in the Orlando office. He earned his law degree from Stetson University college of Law and is admitted to practice in Florida. Throughout law school, John was the Vice President of the Federalist Society and a member of the Second Amendment Society. John worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge John E. Steele in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He then interned for the United States Attorneys Office out of Tampa, Florida where he worked on several cases involving white collar crime and drug trafficking. John then went on to serve as a Certified Legal Intern for the State Attorneys Office’s of both Hillsborough County and Sarasota County where he gained court room experience. After Graduating from law school John joined CSK where he focuses on general liability. He works primarily on matters involving premises liability.
