Jose Rodriguez is an associate in the firm's Miami office. Mr. Rodriguez practices in the areas of auto negligence, products liability, marine/admiralty, and general liability defense.
Mr. Rodriguez attended the University of Central Florida where he received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance. Mr. Rodriguez then earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. Mr. Rodriguez also received a CALI "Book" Award for the highest grade in Construction Law.
While in law school, Mr. Rodriguez served as the President of the Nova Southeastern University Association of Business Law Students and as Teaching Assistant for Professor Timothy Canova's Corporations and Business Entities classes. In his second year of law school, Mr. Rodriguez served as a judicial intern for the Honorable William Altfield on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Mr. Rodriguez also served as a law clerk for two firms specializing in corporate governance and commercial litigation. In his third year of law school, Mr. Rodriguez worked in Nova Southeastern's Berger Entrepreneur Law Clinic where he helped start-up businesses with their early corporate governance and contract needs.
