Josette Nelson

Josette Nelson is an associate in the Bonita Springs office. Her practice focuses on construction defect and personal injury defense.

Josette was born near Kansas City, Missouri. She attended the University of Missouri in Columbia obtaining a bachelor’s degree in political science with a minor in sociology. After graduating, she worked as an insurance sales associate. Josette attended law school at Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida.

During her time in law school, Josette was a member of the Executive Board for her Moot Court team and was a member of the Student Bar Association. She also clerked for a Federal Magistrate Judge, interned for a personal injury firm, and worked under General Counsel for a management firm during her time in law school.
