Overview
Joshua B. Bouchner is an associate attorney in the firm's Ft. Lauderdale West office and practices in the area of general insurance defense, including automobile (No-Fault (PIP), bodily injury liability, uninsured motorist liability), premises liability, condominium and community associations law. Prior to being admitted to the Florida Bar, Mr. Bouchner served as a law clerk at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.
Mr. Bouchner received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law. While completing his Juris Doctorate, he interned for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Miami-Dade County School Board Attorneys' Office. Mr. Bouchner also served as president of the Cardozo Jewish Legal Society and University of Miami Student Division of the Federal Bar Association. Prior to law school, Mr. Bouchner attended the University of Florida where he received a Bachelor of Arts in History and wrote his honors thesis on American Jewish History.
