Overview
Joshua Barrows is partner in the firm's Pensacola office. He practices in the area of general defense litigation, with an emphasis on complex litigation involving first-party property claims, insurance coverage disputes, general liability claims, workers' compensation defense, landlord/tenant litigation, commercial and residential foreclosures, creditors' rights, and all aspects of real estate litigation.
Mr. Barrows graduated from Pensacola Christian College in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in History, and received his law degree from Regent University School of Law in 2008, graduating in the top 15% of his class.
Prior to joining Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A., Mr. Barrows represented national and state insurance carriers and employers in workers' compensation matters, and large lending institutions in the areas of creditors' rights and foreclosure litigation.
Mr. Barrows is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
