Overview
Julio J. Montesino is an associate in the firm's Miami office. He practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation, with a focus on defense of first party property insurance claims and personal injury litigation.
Mr. Montesino obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Film, Television and Digital Production, with honors, from Miami Dade College. Thereafter, he received his Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law, where he served as a Member of the FIU Law Trial Team, and earned Deans List Honors.
Outside of the classroom, Mr. Montesino clerked for the Honorable Judge Patrick A. White of the United States Southern District Court of Florida, where he researched and wrote legal memoranda on criminal issues, and competed in a Mock Trial Competition. Also, Mr. Montesino served as a Student Attorney for the Prosecution Innocence Project, where he partnered with the Miami-Dade County and Duval County Public Defender's Offices in reviewing Florida criminal cases with a focus on identifying wrongful convictions.
Mr. Montesino is currently a member of the Florida Bar.
