Overview
Kaitlin H. Clark is an associate in the firm's Orlando office. Her practice focuses on defense of civil litigation claims, including, but not limited to, personal injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability. Ms. Clark earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology from The University of Florida, where she graduated with honors. Ms. Clark then earned her Juris Doctorate degree from Florida Coastal School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Clark obtained civil litigation experience involving the areas of Workers' Compensation defense, First Party Property defense, as well as serving as counsel for numerous national financial institutions, mortgage lenders and servicers in Property Law and Creditor's Rights. Throughout her 18 years of practice, Ms. Clark has appeared as lead counsel in complex cases and has conducted thousands of bench trials, hearings, and mediations.
During her leisure time, Ms. Clark enjoys traveling, the beach, Disney, and spending time with her children, friends and family.
