Katia Goldvarg graduated magna cum laude with a double major, including a Bachelors of Science in International Business and a Bachelors of Science in Marketing from Florida International University. Thereafter, attended Florida International University College of Law, where she received the "Book" award in Products Liability and was a Dean's List recipient numerous times throughout her studies. Katia is admitted to practice law in Florida’s State Courts, and also is admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
Katia is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and is fluent in both English and Spanish. Throughout her career, Katia has handled General Liability and Third Party Insurance cases, including personal injury cases, products liability cases, including battery explosion cases, and toxic torts litigation (specifically, asbestos cases). Katia has also had exposure to First Party Property cases, as well as transactional work. Combining her legal expertise and business background, Katia has gained extensive knowledge regarding the intricacies of litigation, and leveraging case-specific facts to obtain strategic settlements when appropriate.
