Katie R. Gallagher

Katie Rose Gallagher is a dedicated associate attorney in the firm's Orlando Office, where she focuses her practice in the defense of personal injury, vehicle negligence, and premises liability cases.

Ms. Gallagher's academic excellence began early, while still in high school, she completed an Associate of Arts degree through dual enrollment at Eastern Florida State College. Subsequently, she attended Flagler College, and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Ms. Gallagher then went on to graduate early, at the age of 22, from Barry University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott, and Kissane as an associate attorney, she participated in the firm's summer associate program in 2023, where she refined her skills and gained invaluable experience in the general liability and premises liability departments.
