Katrina Fernandez is an associate in the firm's Miami office. She practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation, Premises Liability, Security Negligence, and Vehicle Negligence. Ms. Fernandez is a member of the firm's auto-negligence and premises liability practice groups.
Ms. Fernandez received her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University. Ms. Fernandez received her Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. Ms. Fernandez was the Director of the Intramural Competition and Member of the FIU Law Board of Appellate Advocates. She participated in the American Bar Association Moot Court Competition and received recognition for one of the most outstanding briefs in the subject of Section 1983 and qualified immunity.
While in law school, Ms. Fernandez held a judicial internship under Magistrate Judge Lisette Reid of the Southern District of Florida and conducted hearings as a Certified Legal Intern for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. She also worked as a law clerk at Cole, Scott & Kissane, P.A.
Ms. Fernandez is a member of the Florida Bar and is licensed to practice in Florida
