Overview

Overview

Kelli F. Schwebel is an Associate in the firm's Jacksonville office. Her recognition as an accomplished civil litigator comes from her client-centered, practical approach to her cases in the general defense setting. Kelli's previous case work in the areas of medical malpractice, copyrights and trademarks, first-party property, and insurance defense have been instrumental in the preparation of her broader civil litigation case matters. Kelli focuses her practice at Cole, Scott & Kissane in representing clients in premises liability claims and general liability defense.

In addition to commanding superior discipline and dedication in the preparation of her civil litigation cases, Kelli brings to her portfolio the practical experience and deep understanding of human interaction she acquired as a classroom teacher before entering the law profession. This experience is an asset in educating each client on "case and law," leading both-client and case-to the best outcome.

Originally from New Jersey, Kelli graduated from New York University with a degree in Spanish and Linguistics. She later went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, where she was a member of Nova Law Review as Articles Editor.
