Kelsey A. Scarlett

Kelsey Scarlett is an Associate in the firm's Fort Lauderdale West office, where she handles insurance claims involving Personal Injury Protection and Auto Liability.

Ms. Scarlett earned her Juris Doctorate, from Temple University, Beasley School of Law. While in law school, she was active in several student organizations and was the recipient of the Conwell Scholarship and NACDL's 2020 Summer Law Fellowship.

Before joining Cole, Scott, & Kissane, Ms. Scarlett began her legal career in criminal defense as an Assistant Public Defender in the 15th Judicial Circuit. There, she handled more than three dozen jury trials, non-jury trials and motions.
