Kimberly A. Canals is a partner in the firm’s Tampa office. Her practice focuses on Insurance Defense Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, Medical Malpractice Litigation, General Business Litigation, First Party Property Litigation and Bodily / Personal Injury Litigation.
Ms. Canals is admitted to practice law in all Florida State courts. Ms. Canals received her Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from the University of South Florida in Psychology with an emphasis on Neuroscience. While in law school, Ms. Canals worked on the Second District Court of Appeals, the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, and as a law clerk with Cole, Scott & Kissane, PA. Ms. Canals competed on the National Trial Team and Mock Trial Team, was a Governor and Secretary of the Florida Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Law Student Division, and led numerous academic and community service related organizations. Ms. Canals graduated law school Magna Cum Laude with eight book awards.
